How to install Windows 2000 Extended Kernel?:
1: Make sure that the installation is fully patched, if it's not then you can use Legacy Update or something similar.
2 (Optional): Update certificates by opening Cert_Updater_v1.6.exe
3: Drag Windows2000_KB935839_v31jM_x86_E.wlu to wlupdate.vbe
4: Once it prompts to install an update, click "Yes" and reboot after installation.
5: Repeat the first step again.
6: When the "Extended Kernel Options" pops up, click "Execute" (if you don't want to change anything).
7: After that click "Next" and continue the installation
8: Reboot the PC
9: Done. Now you can run XP+ applications on Windows 2000.
10: If the application doesn't work or doesn't want to install, use the AppComp.cmd provided in the AppComp folder.
